Smriti Irani, the Textile and Women & Child Development Minister poses with a young girl whom she met in the Central Hall of Parliament. 

She posted the photo on the social media platform Instagram saying "Begin your week on an upbeat note and meet my candidate Adhishree she has officially appointed me as her campaign manager when she fights her first election. Energetic, Audacious, kind and graceful; girls like her are our pride, our hope". 

This post has drawn praise from social media, with many complimenting the Textile Minister for being an inspiration to young girls.
