They have investigated the truth on the budget collections of Bigil. It was reported that actor Vijay was paid a sum of Rs 50 crore and Director Atlee was paid Rs 25 crore as salary. The officers invaded Vijay’s Master shoot to question him regarding the salary and whether 50 crores was paid to him.

It is said that Vijay was questioned for more than an hour and the officers have heard about his salary in Bigil and also about his new movie Master.
Gunmen have been deployed outside Vijay's house. Police have also been deployed for security at street corners.

As the raid continued throughout the night, five women, including a female officer at Vijay's house, were reportedly involved in verifying income-related documents. The search, which was held at dawn in more than 20 places, continues for the 2nd day today.

At the same time, it is noteworthy that not a single person from the income department has ever gone to director Atlee’s house, who is one of the main reasons for the Big 300 crore collection.
