டெல்லியில் சாலையில் சென்ற பைக்கர் குழுவுடன் வாக்குவாதத்தில் ஈடுபட்ட காரில் சென்ற நபர் ஒருவர், இருசக்கர வாகனத்தில் சென்றவரை காரால் இடித்து கீழே தள்ளிவிட்டு வேகமாக செல்லும் வீடியோ வெளியாகி உள்ளது.

அர்ஜன் கார்  மெட்ரோ ரயில் நிலையம் எதிரே நடைபெற்ற இந்த சம்பவம் தொடர்பாக போலீசார் விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர்.
