The deathly corona which is extensively spreading all over the world has affected more than 400 people in Italy alone within 24 hours. Japan, South Korea, and Italy are the countries where the corona has spread extensively and is noted to have a high level of infection outside China. There are only very few cases in India but could India cope up with such a widespread outbreak?
US intelligence agencies which are monitoring the spread of Corona throughout the world said that there are concerns about how India could handle the virus outbreak keeping in mind its dense population and the country's available countermeasures.
Mike Pompeo, US Secretary of State said that he is deeply concerned about the spread of the virus. He also said that Tehran may have covered up details regarding the spread of the virus.
The US government has said that Iran's response to the outbreak to the virus is really ineffective because Iran had only minimal capabilities to control the virus.
The US government is also concerned about a few developing countries about the ability of them to control the virus outbreak. They are closely watching to locate everyone who came in contact with a northern Californian Woman who is believed to be the first person to get affected by the virus in the US. This woman was found to have no connection to travel abroad or other known causes.
One of the US intelligence agencies said, "Addressing the threat has both national security and economic dimensions, requiring a concerted government-wide effort and the IC is playing an important role in monitoring the spread of the outbreak, and the worldwide response".
US intelligence agency is now primarily involved with monitoring the spread of the virus throughout the world also examining the governments' responses to the outbreak. The intelligence agencies are working closely with the US Center for Disease Control and it is also using a wide range of intellectual tools from undercover informants to electronic eavesdropping tools, to track the virus's impact.
