India is ranked 17 among the countries which are most likely to contract the Corona Virus from China.
India which has 3 confirmed cases in Kerala is most likely to spread the virus through Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata airports, according to a study.
Researchers at the Humboldt University and Robert Koch Institute in Berlin, Germany, have published a list of 30 countries that have the highest chance of spreading the coronavirus, excluding China. In it, they have said that coronavirus is more likely to spread outside of China to Thailand, Japan, and South Korea.
The study says, in India, Coronavirus infected people are likely to arrive at Delhi Airport, followed by Mumbai and Kolkata airports. Researchers have also advised the 30 countries involved to take preventive measures wherever the virus is likely to spread.
The Indian Medical Research Council has so far analyzed 1486 samples. Only 3 of them have been diagnosed with the virus.
Fifteen Kerala students who were stranded in Hubei, China have returned to Kochi last night. They were taken to the Kalamassery Medical College Hospital from the airport where they are subjected to a medical examination.
There, they will be kept in isolation and treated like other people who have returned from China.
